    Until I used the Vanilla Cleansing Mousse and this toner together, I hadn’t thought that toners did anything. The two combined are a dynamic duo. They leave your skin throughly clean and refreshed. If you’re not always good at rinsing your skin thoroughly during cleansing, this toner gets rid of what’s left. The smell is great, too.
